Performance Data Services Performance Data Services (PDS) is a web-based service which gives the user the ability to access and manipulate detailed performance data on Asset Backed and Residential Mortgage Backed deals from the 1980�s to the present. Quickly access performance highlights or detailed performance data. Compare performance across deals or to the Moody's Indexes. Data is presented in graph or table form, and can be easily downloaded. Link easily to Moody's research for each deal. Keep informed: Using PDS, clients can receive Data Alerts when your specified performance criteria are met. Receive Data Alerts based on new performance data. Ratings Alerts are real time and can be set for a deal's rating or the rating of its related parties. Create Benchmarks: PDS allows you to create your own performance composite for a set of deals. You can create your Index using a simple average or weight your Index by the original or current monthly tranche or pool balance. Create a customized weighting for a truly tailored Index.
