Who we’re looking for
Are you a hard-working and dedicated professional who wants to resume your career, embrace challenges, and flourish in your professional journey? To be considered, you’ll need to have had a two-year minimum career hiatus. We are looking for colleagues who have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team and independently. Positions are offered in a number of career areas, so we are looking for candidates across a variety of backgrounds and fields.
What we offer
Here you’ll have the opportunity to grow. As a RE-IGNITER, you may initially join Moody’s for a 16-week duration, with the goal that you’ll become a permanent employee after successfully completing your temporary assignment. You may be hired as a permanent employee from day one under our supportive hiring model. In either approach, during the initial 16 weeks, in addition to the meaningful work associated with your role, you will receive coaching & mentoring, leadership development, networking opportunities, and guidance on trainings that could support you in your re-entry. We strive to sharpen your skills – helping you to develop both professionally and personally.
